Guideline on retrofit of construction elements - the second of a series of School of the Future Guidelines - has been published

The School of the Future project has published a retrofit guideline with the focus on building construction elements. 

The guideline deals with the building envelope covering an overview of insulation materials, examples of  roof and facade insulation, windows and shading elements. Besides it deals briefly with interior building elements related to energy efficiency and indoor climate.

Further planned retrofit guidelines in the project are about to be written on building service systems and on solution sets for zero energy/emission schools.
